Master chef and owner Ranjan Dey of New Delhi Restaurant has conspired with many legendary local chef to create his signature CaliFusion Dinners. CaliFusion Dinners area tasteful marriage of Californian and Indian Cuisine served with wine from local vineyards.
Chef Ranjan takes advantage of the region's bounty to give earthy flavor to some of the more traditional Indian styles including tandoori specialties at New Delhi Rtaurant.
